Spacious holiday let.

Hot tub not working, tv in master not working, essential kitchen items missing, broken pool cues (which i re-tipped for free, as my son was desperate to have a game), gym equipment non- existent. Facilities not as advertised.

The house was a good size .

The house was a good size but shabby needed painting TV in the master bedroom didn't work exercise machines didn't work. Ensuite bathroom mould in it, hot tub for very small people plus a broken one, radiator didn't work in the master bedroom, windows needed a good clean. Handles missing off windows, Jaw dropping beach view mis-sold as the only view is tents at the bottom of the Garden, very shabby patio area full of rubbish bins over grown bushes overlooking a derelict green house. The kitchen needed a good scrub. The extractor was absolutely full of grease, with no bowls for salad or place mats one pack of coasters for the full house.

So many issues at property and despite e mailing, messaging and ringing no response from.owner. had to lodge formal complaint with booking.com. so.location and gardens were great, house not so great in many ways

Long list of issues. Late access blocked sewage drain, offensive small. No.internet. faulty hot tub. Faulty window locks. No equipment in games room. No instructions for cinema room. Filthy barbecue with old food.

Location and garden.

Hot tub didn’t work - jets were broke. Host lied and said it would be fixed the day after, then when asked again he said the person who was coming to fix it was off work and it would be the following day… then when I asked again the following day he said the part required was unavailable and he would need to buy a new hot tub however after reading reviews it seems it’s been broke for years. Gym equipment wasnt as shown in the photos and the little gym equipment that was there, didn’t work. Dryer didn’t work properly you had to keep turning the drum. Mould in the bathrooms. No sharp knifes. A room with shelves full of dvd’s but no dvd player. TVs couldnt connect to internet. Basically there was nothing “jaw dropping” about this house. The best part was the garden. We also asked for an early check in months prior as normal check in time was 4pm but on the day we were told the host couldn’t contact the cleaner (who we later found out was their mother) and he would get back to us in 10/15 minutes. This was at 10.30am. We were able to gain access at 4.45pm (which was when the cleaner left). There were 3 showers in the house and every shower was blocked. After a few minutes of being in there the water was overflowing. Would certainly not return and would not recommend to anyone. Hosts clearly aren’t bothered about customer reviews or whether their guests enjoy their time there, just a money making house based on false information.

Few minor faulty things & wifi wasn’t strong across the full house

Fantastic amount of space, we maxed out the capacity of people to stay and we all had our own space as the house is so spacious. Perfect for families, especially with children. There were toys and plenty of games available. We would have loved to have stayed longer as we enjoyed our time so much here. Down to earth host who didn’t bother you. Would definitely recommend a visit here! Garden space is amazing and there’s even a bbq.

Would have been ideal to have more towels with their being a hot tub but fortunately we took some spares. Also struggled without a sharp knife when cooking or cutting bread.

Beautiful grounds very well kept home, clean bedding & towels all fresh. Hot tub lovely temp. Toilet rolls, hand-wash, shower cream, kitchen roll all there. Everything you could possibly need to cook.

No downstairs bathroom was only a toilet! Despite on website it says downstairs bathroom this could do with being relisted, my disabled mum couldn't shower all week as she's in a wheelchair we actually only booked the home for this very reason. No sharp knives. Wiifi wasn't strong enough to stream anything. Pool cues had no ends in. None of the gym equipment worked nor was it the same as in the pictures on website,dissapointed with this would have been another perk to the stay. Hot tub wouldn't it keep bubbles on you had to get out to keep turning the switch on & off! Steps in & out the property another obstacle for mum. Remotes need batteries. I would also point out that the home has a name "cae Erwyn" & very difficult to find we had to be guided in on phone by host. There is a red ⛔ no entry sign on tour right just past a grey house & tree,this is the turning to property, you must keep right untill you get to the end. Gate also very hard for me to work as its broken & needed lifting. Also had to ring the host as wasn't sent keysafe information with booking. Stunning home really loved it. Sadly was a really long drive from us.

The property was like it said in the title absolutely jaw dropping it wanted for nothing
