Family Coastal Escape Hot Tub, Cinema & Games Room

The property was massive loads of space it was well equipped the kids loved the games that were there and also the pool table was a massive hit with them.

Hot tub not working and cinema room couldn’t get the Netflix to work

Location is nice for the winter. May be loud in the summer due to the caravan site. House is big. 2 Lounges would help families. Kitchen is nice.

The amenities are all broken, pool table is tired, ping pong Table held together with a broom, all padels missing the grippy foam. The projector in the “cinema” room broken. Old hot tub was broken and still there. Needs to be removed. Gardens are tired and need tidying. Not enough space in the outside bins. One of the mattresses had collapsed on one side.

The advertised hot tub was broken and still there although there was a replacement smaller one there also the protector in the cinema room is damaged and makes it difficult to watch anything on it. And the internet connection not good in the evening fir some reason so wasn’t really usable

Wi-Fi / Internet was rubbish

This is the second year we have stayed at the house and it’s great for everything we need. New table tennis table was a particular hit with my family this year . Clean, great location and spacious layout.

It seems minor but the only issue is the batteries in the tv remotes were either missing or not working. Whilst we don’t watch tv as a rule on holiday it is nice to have the option to put the tv on first thing in the morning. A small issue to put right
