Family Coastal Escape Hot Tub, Cinema & Games Room

The property was very large lots of space with great games room and all very clean

The WiFi didn’t connect to the main living room area the largest room so the tv didn’t work which was a shame so we didn’t use that room much.

Property and location was great, TV’s and Cinema room did not work and some of the fittings were broken, toilet seat, water cooler, duke box, which took the edge of a great property. Weather was fantastic so was able to maximise our use of the hot tub and outdoor facilities.

Technology in the house needs improvement, Wi-Fi, TV’s and home cinema were problematic I.e. Wi Fi did not reach most of the house living room TV and Cinema Room etc, TV’s did not have aerial’s so relied on WiFi connectivity, I had to hot spot my mobile phone, some equipment was broken. No home instructions on how to use certain equipment etc.

It was a spacious property, with huge gardens and all the amenities you would need. Home from home vibe. Comfy beds. Plenty of seating. Light and airy. Ping pong table and pool table were brilliant. Plenty of dvds etc Toys for kids in the play room off the kitchen. Cot and high chair supplied. Extremely family friendly. Pet friendly. Well decorated. Everything you could think of was supplied, salt, pepper, some party supplies, games etc. Amazing gardens

The property although amazing was quite run down in some places. A member of our family got locked in the toilet. This was rectified quickly by the owner. No user manuals or welcome pack. Mould on the ceiling in the en-suite. Lots of build up on taps, showers etc Rubbish in some draws in kitchen. We couldn’t get the movie room equipment to work. Juke box only worked on radio. Vibe plate in gym didn’t work. Noticeable rip in kitchen sofa. Stuff left in freezer etc Used bottles etc left in showers (some people may use these, we would not) Although gardens were lovely some areas around the hot tub were overgrown and bbq was on the floor wedged in the bushes All communal areas were clean but the property could do with a in-depth clean.

Brilliant stay fabulous

We had a fabulous weekend celebrating my birthday with the family. We loved the spacious rooms and amazing range of facilities- pool and ping-pong tables, cinema room, hot tub, two comfortable lounges, huge kitchen, games and DVDs, wine chiller, tumble dryer… It was lovely and clean and in such a beautiful secluded location within a short walk of the coastal path.

A great property in spacious grounds. Well equipped and comfy in a great location. . Only gripes are those already mentioned by several other people yet clearly not read by the owners . Still no batteries in remotes, new bulbs needed in lamps, dirty windows, a general air of "this house needs some money spending on it to make it feel loved". Such a shame because it could be glorious.

Absolutely stunning location with great facilities

Little things such as non of the DVDS played in the cinema room and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough to use a streaming in there. No t.v remote for kitchen/diner. Many of the radiators didn’t work. Hot tub needed attention as the bubbles weren’t powerful enough. Advertised as having bathrobes but there were non included. Tumble dryer didn’t work. Just a few little things. However for the price we paid I’d absolutely still give 5/5 for this property
