Lovely property in quiet Laterina, warm and cozy with Italian charm. Hostess was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Memorable location in the heart of Laterina, where you can open the ancient window shutters and listen to the church bells. The building itself was full of history, nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms worked well. Everything appeared clean. The host was very friendly, met us at check in and showed us around.

There were just a couple of things that were a little frustrating, like the beautiful gas stove in the historic kitchen did not seem to have a starter for the gas burners or a lighter anywhere in the kitchen. It got pretty cold at night and we could not figure out how to work the heat. There was an old thermostat near the front door but I didn't want to mess with it. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. I did not reach out to the host about these things as they either came up late at night or early in the morning and I didn't want to bother him at those times.

Apartament bardzo klimatyczny, czysty , przestronny, z pełnym wyposażeniem. Andrea bardzo pomocny:) Czuliśmy się otoczeni opieką, czekało na nas śniadanko i bardzo dobra kawa:), co było bardzo miłe i pomocne, ponieważ w miasteczku "na zamku" nie było otwartego sklepu. Parking duży, komfortowy nieco na uboczu (ale blisko), do wypakowania i załadowania bagażu samochód mógł podjechać pod drzwi:). To miejsce było świetną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Toskanii:) Dziękujemy:)

Dla nas nie miało to znaczenia, więc trudno mi pisać, że mi się nie podobało. Ale jeżeli ktoś lubi wypić poranną kawkę na tarasie apartamentu, to tutaj niestety może być to kłopotliwe, bo aby dostać się na taras trzeba było przejść na drugą stronę uliczki, do innego budynku. Taras bardzo ładny, duży, wyposażony w stoliki, fotele ogrodowe, parasol, ale wspólny dla kliku apartamentów.
