Absolutely perfect. Very friendly and helpful hosts, beautifully furnished apartment in a nicely restored house in a stunning old town. Very good bed, well equipped kitchen, and the host was of great help with assisting us with the parking of our car. 100% recommended.

Annamaria was such a wonderful host and has prepared a journey back in time in her rooms in the ancient town of Laterina. The location is perfect for day trips all around Tuscany. We went to Chianti, Montepulciano, Arezzo, of course Siena, and other little towns (Anghiari), and the visit was exquisite. One hour to Florence. The room was huge, comfortable, air conditioned, and decorated with antiques. We also had use of the kitchen and living/dining area, which is shared with another room, which our friends had rented. So we basically had a full apartment. Annamaria left us treats outside the room every night and was very eager for us to have fun. There was a medival festival in town while we were there, which was very raucous and fun late into the night. It was our friends' first time in Italy, and they had a ball.

Our room had a tub with a hand held shower nozzle, which, like every Italian tub/handheld shower, got water everywhere. The other room had a full shower, and since it was separated from our friends' room with its own foyer, we used that. Also, for those who care, you have to walk up a lot of stairs to the room. Public parking is a couple hundred yards downhill from the room. But for an old Italian townhome, all that is to be expected.
