Stunning Centrally Located Apartments at New River Cove in South Florida

It’s a great property to relax

The pool need to clean often and the outside need to be power wash . In front of the door way / walk way need to clean once guest are occupied room.

Location and the unit was very clean.

Nothing. Everything was good.

The apartment view was really nice, everything was organized thinking for the guests so we really appreciate.

I didn't like the kitchen pans was dirty and they don't specify the apartment floor.

This place is truly amazing everything we need is answered and fixed

Roaches and ants. Ghetto environment. People cursing and fighting and partying in the pool after 10pm-3am

Very beautiful apartment. Lovely grounds,pools. Brilliant gym. Amenities in the apartment were super. Towels, pans, kitchen supplies etc. Apartment very clean and classy. Felt very safe.

Issue at first as the apartment seemed to have been compromised safety wise. Also had marks on walls... We contacted staff and they upgraded me to a beautiful apartment, as they were so concerned. Good response.

Apartments are not well maintained. There was garbage in the pull out couch, drains were full of hair, the dryers hardly dried, the air-conditioning did not cool the bedroom well, the noise from the highway comes through the windows. There was a leak stain on the ceiling with black mold growing. Our balcony was covered in pigeon poop, there were nests, making it totally unusable. Units are managed by an offshore company, the housekeeping team they hire do not do a thorough job.

This is the most ghetto place I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. ALMOST EVERY SINGLE NIGHT THERE WERE DIFFERENT PEOPLE OUTSIDE YELLING, SCREAMING, FIGHTING, CURSING, PARTYING. In the parking lot and pool area between the hours of 10pm and 4am ! I couldn’t wait to leave. This was absolute torture, unpeaceful, low class and GHETTO.
