Stunning Centrally Located Apartments at New River Cove in South Florida

The apartment was nice decorated, had everything we needed, wifi worked great, the access was easy. It had a great gym, and a lovely house with pool, bbq, a yoga space, bathrooms everything was very nice.

The property was very nice, safe, secure. easily accessible to either go North or South and only about 7 minutes from the airport. Parking was good. Great location will definitely stay here again when in South Florida.

The cleanliness of the apartment was good but the freezer had a large amount of frozen ice stuck together. Meaning the ice had not been dumped in a while. The refrigerator had which looked like spilled coffee or milk in the bottom of the refrigerator that was never wiped out. The toilet handle in the guest bathroom came off when we flushed the toilet on the first use. The kitchen floor has yellow stains closest to the cabinet. The apartment needs some TLC like spot painting for normal wear and tear. Also, there should have been a TV in the guest bedroom as well we had to come to the Livingroom in order to watch TV. The TV's were only in the master bedroom and Livingroom. The beds were not the most comfortable.

I like the clean esthetics of the apartment. I was able to study very quiet. My only issue was the towels very dirty but so happy I always bring my own. Definitely a great place if you like peace and quiet like I do. Easy check in and check out.

Everything was great except the AC was not working and the management team sent someone out the next morning to fix the issue. They were professional and quickly resolved the issue.
