Stunning Centrally Located Apartments at New River Cove in South Florida

I liked that we had two bedrooms and space.

I didn’t receive an email telling me how to enter the room until the second day of my stay. I Had to frantically make calls to get a code to get in. The smoke alarm beeped constantly and service staff didn’t come, they texted and said they weren’t available until regular business hours. There were ants all over the kitchen and master bathroom counters and the pool was closed which was disappointing for my kids.

Good location and accessible to the areas we needed to be

I booked this room for a work colleague, and on arrival, the room had not been serviced. Dirty sheets, towels, rubbish etc from the last guest. It took 24 hours and many frustrating phone calls to get the room serviced. They promised to service the room at 9am in the morning, but this didn't happen until after 5pm on the second day. There was constant apologies but no offer of a refund for the first night in an unserviced apartment.

That it was an apartment - spacious.

Older community - seems like it was on the end of its life. I hated that to turn on the bathroom light, you got the noisy fan. They should be separate. I didn’t like to be on the main floor.

It was very pretty. It had everything you needed. It was far enough for peach and quiet, but close enough for shopping and beach days!

We had a few issues with codes for the pool and gym, it took a while to solve, but eventually we had to ask another guest for their code. There was also an ant problem when we got there. They got into all of clothes and we had to wash everything.

The property looked great. It was the apartment that was not clean.

The apartment was not clean. The rugs and carpet were awful. The apartment smelled like dirty bleach water.

It was ok for short stay

We found hair on the sofa; bed/sofa wasn’t set up for third person.
