Stunning Centrally Located Apartments at New River Cove in South Florida

The apartment has the perfect size, each bedroom has a walk in dress room, the living room is big enough to stay and the kitchen ist perfectly equipped with everything you need. We’ve got the whole information for the check in 24 hours in advance and everything worked as indicated and as expected. We had always contact (via chat) with the renting company and they were always there to solve problems or help us with the right information if we needed something. Maintenance people were also always ready to help, they are very friendly and they were always around. The place is really quiet and easy to access with a car. It’s also very close to everything that we needed. We found the apartment really clean and ready for us as we arrived. Products for the dishwasher and laundry were also prepared for us and when we run out of them, just an email was enough and we got them again. We felt really like we were at home when we were there and would love to stay there again on a next visit. Thank you very much..!!!!

- Just one minimum “negative” detail would be that there is very little live TV. If you don’t have an account at ESPN or Netflix or this several Pay per View companies, there’s almost no chance to get live TV but, we used this just at night or on rainy days but luckily there weren’t that much of them. - A really negative aspect was the woman at the leasing office. She’s maybe a very good worker for administrative aspects but for sure not the right person to have contact with. We needed help twice and as we run into this office, the feeling was like “oh, not you again..” or “it’s really not my problem”… She helped us or lead us to that help that we needed but always saying “you are like an Airbnb and we got nothing to do with them” Really not a friendly person and zero attitude for customer care just because it was a rented apartment so, if you can avoid this person, do it and don’t worry, the people at the renting company are always there for you.

The way the suite is set up

The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the HBO Max app wasn't available, the directions should state you must cross over 84 State Road to the apartments so that guess won't get lost as I did.

Dryer didn’t work

We are repeat visitors and had spent time at the facility before with very little issues of concern until now; very disappointing this time around. The place is clearly not being properly supervised to ensure staff are doing their jobs effectively. (Tucker 03-105)

1.) A/C unit was very, very, very dirty and dusty 2.) Dishwasher was very, very smelly and moldy (so we never used it) 3.) Toilet was not working and clogged up 4.) Washing machine not working properly 5.) Shower dripping constantly and very loudly (wasting lots of water too)

1. Had two private bedrooms and two bathrooms 2. Big TV's in each room

I loved everything but if I have to say something I would add standing mirror in each room. So while someone takes a shower the other person can do their hair and makeup outside the bathroom.
