Gorgeous little property! Easy check in and we had a lovely stay. The property has everything you need, so we were able to have a cosy night in one evening and cook dinner, watch tv and play a game of frustration! Bit of a drive to lincoln centre but that's fine as we enjoyed staying in a quiet accommodation. Very spacious and everything was really comfy, nothing to complain about and would absolutely stay here again.

Could use a bin in a bathroom. Bit of a distance away from Lincoln centre but no problem if you have a car and want a quiet stay. Would have preferred a firmer mattress but that's down to personal preference.

"Amazing guest suite"

Quiet location,cosy,clean, beautiful inside and out easy access and location great communication with owner. Really needed break thankyou.

The only thing I could find as I absolutely love this place is the shower wasn't very powerful.
