Lovely and quiet location

The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very quiet. The owners were very easy to deal with and we accessed the key from a key safe. Easy access into Lincoln the following day.

The bedroom floor was tiled so a bit cold to walk on, but there are rugs at the side of the bed.

The property was spotless and very well appointed. I used the sofa bed which was really comfortable. Good cooking facilities, excellent shower. Hosts are really nice and friendly. Close to Lincoln. A very welcoming place to stay. Definitely recommend.

Everything was great

Location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, lovely and warm on arrival.. Accommodation was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were friendly but left us to it which was good. Used as a base to explore more of lincolnshire and visiting our daughter at university. I chose this Accommodation as I'm recovering from knee surgery and needed a walk in shower. It's on our favourites list now

Beautiful location, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. It felt homely and luxurious at the same time and we felt every tiny detail had been considered. We felt it was excellent value for money. Bed was so comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything thought out. The fridge was bigger than ours at home. We used this as a base whilst visiting family in Lincolnshire and couldn't have asked for better. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We loved the look and style of the property and the location was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean and stylish. Great value for money.

On arrival to the property the outside temperature was freezing so coming in to the property we had to turn the heating on, this took a long time- almost the entirety of stay to warm up. There was no instructions on the heating (although we know it was to adjust the thermostat but it would have helped to have some useful tips for this) and maybe for the heating to have been put on a bit before we arrived.

Superb place! I have already booked to stay again. Modern and homely decor. Very comfortable bed with lovely soft bedding. Towels provided and a hairdryer. Plenty of plug sockets and nice big mirrors. Great L shape squishy sofa for relaxing on. Milk in the fridge, plus tea/coffee so you can relax as soon as you get there. Friendly couple who clearly want you to have the best stay possible. It felt like staying at a friend’s home but completely private. You do need a car to stay here as most things are a short drive away. Beautifully quiet location just far enough from the main road to be totally convenient and not hear the traffic noise. The location is perfect for me as a base for visiting relatives in the Washingborough/ Lincoln area.

It’s a personal thing and not a complaint but I’m used to a mains fed powerful shower which no electric shower no matter how good it is can compete with.
