Extremely spacious and well-equipped apartment with an exceptionally large bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Location was quiet and an easy drive to nearest Lincoln 'Park and Ride' for getting into the town centre. Welcoming hosts made us feel right at home.

Turning out of the driveway onto the main road was a bit tricky during high traffic times.

This really is a great little place and a real hidden gem in my book. When coming to lincoln we tend to use a central hotel in the city. But from now on we will be booking this little gem. The place is so warm and welcoming, that we would of quite easily cancelled our plans and just stayed in enjoying each other's company and the peace and quiet away from our mad house. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need. Bathroom is great and room for two in the walk in shower. The bedroom is beautiful and the bed is so comfortable, best night's sleep I've had in a while. Although we never met the hosts during our stay, they was in regular contact to make sure our stay went smoothly and I'm sure if there was any problems they would of been quick to help. Will definitely be staying again next time we get this way. Ours was just an overnight stay for a show in lincoln. But would just book again for the peace and quiet and comfort of the place. First class hosts and a first class place to stay.

A few extra items in the kitchen- more baking trays, and a few more glasses.

Fantastic spacious place. Lovely quiet location. Very tastefully decorated. Overlooking beautiful gardens. You could live here happily. The hosts were fabulous.

location was ideal shame the local pub closed down but to travel into Lincoln 2nd exit from roundabout is the Lincolnshire Poacher just go in sit down at an unreserved table then enjoy their lovely meals

was met by Mikey who gave us the keys apologised for renovation work being done . Feel like we could have been shown the suite and not just left to it ourselves
