3 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment

The views from the location were great, the apartment was very cozy and roomy, the location near heaton park was also awesome for a fun day out with a nice local minimart nearby for getting any types of small goodies, also a very nice BBQ location with a great view of the city of manchester.

I cannot think of anything that was of any problem, maybe if I had to nitpick, possibly some kitchen roll in the kitchen wouldn't go amiss, however wet wipes was available in the kitchen area.

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Apartment had everything we needed. View was fantastic. Quiet at night so we all slept well. Only thing we said wrong was the amount of pigeons and bird poo around the balcony area. The garden furniture is a bit tired looking and could do with a refresh. Overall we enjoyed our weekend away and thought the apartment was value for money.

After confirming to booking that he had found the room in good condition without problems, the host tried to scam me, contacting me on WhatsApp and accusing me of having broken the oven even though we had not used it.

We were struck by the quirky design of the whole apartment. We got to feel very comfortable there, loved the dining area, very much enjoyed the views, the beds were comfortable and the showers and heaters mostly worked fine. It was useful having 3 toilets! Gary was available if issues arose.

The structure and flooring of the apartment felt cabin-like - but we definitely got used to this, and it wasn't an issue - we felt comfortable. It would have helped to have a manual to refer to.

We didn't like the fact there was no running hot water in this apartment as boiler didn't work and when asked the host he didn't know anything about it ! Also washing machine did not work either plus the TV in the bedroom! Was a bit disappointed to say the least ! Considering the price we paid for this !

It's like someone just left their Home to immigrate leaving thier home still with all their furnishings & odds & ends as if it was they were coming back next week, it really needs updating with some tendering loving care
