View was spectacular. Bedrooms up stair great size and beds very comfortable. 3 bed, 2.5 bath is brilliant. Very very happy with the place. Exactly what we needed. Glad we had a car.

Kitchen and lounge floor very noisy/creaky, but that is about it. Oh the stairs are steep, but quirky. My mum at 84 managed them.

The location and view is amazing. Gary was very cooperative.

The views and layout of the apartment was excellent. The Wrap around balcony is gorgeous. All amenities needed were there, e.g., glasses,cups, plates, cleaning products, etc. Which was a lovely touch. We loved the size of the bedrooms and loved the decor. Gary was super nice and helpful.

The paving slabs needed a bit of work as they were loose. Loved the candle feature. However, we had safety concerns due to a large gap, which led to the high drop onto stairwell. The steps up to the bed in the second room looked great; however, it was not practical to get up and down safely.

The views were stunning! The apartment itself was spacious and clean. We didn't use it, but loved the fact there was a washing machine just incase we needed it. We walked to the tram station and back every day, and the walk was about 12-15mins so not bad at all. It felt like a home away from home.

Only thing I would suggest adding is maybe bigger cups for drinking, but thats because I'm struggling to find any faults :)

Beautiful views from rooftop

The apartment was bright and airy, offering wonderful tranquilly not far from the city centre. The centre of Manchester was easily reached by the local tram system which offers an excellent service. Manchester is a wonderful vibrant multicultural city however; the apartment was so tranquil and calm in a wonderful location of woods and a local park (which can be seen from the apartment balcony) we decided to spend the last day of our holiday enjoying the apartment and local area. Our host was welcoming informative and extremely accommodating of our family’s needs for a great stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.
