Kalliopi Studios - Apartments

The host went out of their way to ensure our comfort! The room was big and there was parking and Wi-Fi available which were important to us.

Kalliopi studios is a very pleasent place. Calm, beautiful and very good location. Comfortable bed and linnens.

Close to beach and our friends. The owner was always very willing to help and even drove us to get food the first day.

No pool....but the beach was so close it didn't make much of a difference.

The AC didnt work for half the nights which makes your feel miserable after a long sweaty day to not be able to cool down. The manager told us we dont know how to use it. The problem was that it kept displaying an error code after 5 minutes after which you could not use it anymore unless you shut off the power in the room by removing the key and plugging it back again for another 5 minutes of AC. I ended up "stealing" a fan from the reception at 1 am. The bathroom was not particularly clean as i did find a small alive cockroach. The mattress of the bed was awful. Hot water didnt work the first night even after waiting 10 minutes. Maybe its not their fault for this. One towel change in 5 nights. Overall the room is awful with lots of improvisation and cut cables sealed with with electrical tape hanging around the bed and in the corners. Sorry to leave such a bad review, I dont believe they were ill intentioned but the service quality was very bad and it created alot of misery for us during our stay there. Luckily we switched towns and hotels. Recommendation: listen to your customers and stop insinuating someone is as dumb as to not be able to press ON on a remote. The picture is taken at 1am with me being sweaty and cursing. It shows the error on the ac unit. Please dont offer an excuse to my review. Just fix the problems and improve the service so other customers dont experience the same misery.
