The host was very kind and explained all our questions. We could let our luggage after the check out for how long we need. The room was clean and tidy. All equipment worked fine. The view from 303 was very nice so we enjoy eating breakfast that we cook there every morning before our excursions.

We had an excellent holiday, the host is very kind and helpful. We had to borrow a shower after the beach as we already checked out and had a late flight home. The location is great, you can reach Chania and Platanias easily by bus and there is a bus stop near the hotel as well.
