Had booked the hotel, considering the proximity to Golden temple and newly built hotel, but the bad experience we had there, has made us think never book the hotel again

We had taken family rooms and room and the washrooms were not clean at all, towels provided were wet, when we asked the reception about it we were told, its winter and cloths do not dry, so the laundry person is not able to provide dry towels, really that made me think, if they were using some dhobi ghat for getting the linen washed, as any standard laundry would have dryer atleast. Breakfast Parathas, poha, Bread Toast and Tea & the end.

The service was very delayed when we asked them to clean our room. There were lots of things which were not given in the room like cattle were missing, bucket for bath is missing dental kit is not available they said we don't keep them , bathroom sleepers was not given and the towel and the bedsheets were torned i am uploading the pictures. There was alot of termite in rooms.
