It was nice and clean location was great

The door was a big problem to unlock to get in and out of the house so when I called up the second staff who i spoke to was extremely rude he said you need to watch a video to see how you need to open the door if you are stuck which I found a bit strange. When i said why do I have to watch a video to open the door you should fix the door because I think it was damaged from before the nob was cracked he you can leave if its a problem!! But didn't leave it paid for 2 days if they fix the door i wood go back

1. Difficulties opening and locking both locks. At 2:30am when my dog needed to go to toilet in the garden, I was unable to unlock the door. It took me 15mins to actually unlock the door. This was very worrying, what if there was a fire, I wouldn’t be able to get out. Serious safety concern. 2. The rubbish on the driveway where I parked, see photo. There was a lot of rubbish on the driveway, bin bags were ripped open and there was food waste and used nappies on the floor. It was like this throughout my 3 day stay, it didn’t improve. I couldn’t let my dog walk to my car as normal because she would have to walk through the rubbish and was tempted to eat some of it. 3. Items left in the garden were an eyesore and made it unsafe to let my dog run freely in the garden.

Der Schimmel und die feuchte Luft, die fleckigen Laken und Handtücher, das dreckige Badezimmer, der alte Beuler etc etc etc. Nichts hat der Beschreibung entsprochen! Um unsere Gesundheit nicht zu gefährden sind wir sofort angereist!

Spacious room for our family of three with complete amenities for staying overnights. You can cook on your own and doing laundry with washer dryer provided. The staff are also easy to communicate via call and messages.

Narrow pathway to enter the house. It would be challenging if you bring big luggage or many stuff. The door at the front need extra effort to lock and it would be dark at night.

The room was very spacious and so were the beds.

Major problem was cleanliness, it seem like nobody cleaned the bathroom or changed the towels. The location itself wasn't very convenient. And there is no actual door apart from the ones you get in which are basically a balcony.
