It was very cheap.. excellent location and comfortable beds with clean linen.

Upon entry youre met with a dodgy "33" spray painted wonkilly beside the main entrance!! The front door has cracked paines of glass either side of it. Upon entry there is astro turf on the walls and a Harley Quinn figure sticker under the stairs. The sink was blocked in our room and there is no hot water in the shower facilities.

( Complaint to Booking .com ) on arrival I tried to enter the premises 33 Oriental Place BN1 2LL and after finding there was NO receptionist i tred to use the QR code well nothing worked so could not access the room . I was very tierd after 10 hrs travelling by National Express coach and further 10 hours outside . I have never felt so cheated , dislocated and ignored by this accommodation supposed staff that didnt exist . No one occupied on arrival or after phoning the extension . There was one shady middle Easterr man after 10hrs wait in a Silver SUV who asked what do I want , I explained I had booked through Booking .com and he replied I just stay downstairs. I am out of the funding put forward and would like full refund please as this has been the biggest rip- off off holidays in my life _ really, really bad experience Please reimburse my fee as I consider suing for the angùsh alone that this guest house caused.

Nothing, it was a disgrace, had to find an alternative hotel. And couldn’t get refund. Worst accommodation ever stayed at.

I’ve sent all the photos and complaint to booking.com, the hotel ignored all my messeges and calls

When I entered the apartment it was very dirty, the hot water didn't work well, plus the toilet pipe was blocked and the garden was filled with everything.

There's not a lot to actually like about the price apart from the price.

Showers were mostly cold which sucked. WiFi isn't great and is literally called "LeaveAFiveStarReview". Talk about tryhard much. Power cut out in my room... Not the building just my room. I have sleep apnoea and use a cpap machine so this isn't really ideal. At all. There is no staff on site there is no one to really tell this to unless I message their WhatsApp. But I have no idea where fuse box is or anything so guess who's getting no sleep tonight

Photos made it look more high end but it resembled more of a hostel than an apartment. Toilets and showers very poor and not clean

The one night for 4 of us costed 88 pound which was only 30 quid split between the 3 of us who were paying and the value for money was amazing, had a little balcony too so we could all smoke/vape and it even came with two cans of strong bow we all shared which was an amazing touch

This doesn’t really negate the experience however the bathroom was not stocked with tissue and was not stated it was a unisex bathroom block shared between the whole building with the shower blocks inside luckily we ended up being the only ones using them but would have still been nice for it to be openly stated. There was also no tissue as I said we had one roll in our room that we took down and forgot to bring up and the next thing we know it’s disappeared
