When we complained about the mould and that there was no toilet roll they did come and wiped thr mould off the ceiling, gave us toilet roll and hid the bags of wet mouldy towels behind the sofa.

We booked the Stag and Hen do accommodation. Once they confirmed I phoned the host who then told me the accommodation I had booked wasn't available however, he had accommodation we could stay in that was a 'free upgrade' and was '100%' better than the property I had tried to book. We arrived at the accommodation and found the place to be absolutely disgusting. The place itself is down a dingey alley, the instructions to get in didnt make sense and we stood outaide for 15 minutes trying to figure out the separate gates and doors and keys like it was a puzzle game. Once inside, the living room had bags of damp dirty towels in bags in the middle of the room. The ceiling was leaking and had black mould in the corners and mould in the cupboards. The toilet seats were broken, and there was no toilet roll, The carpet had pins sticking through, and there were holes in the walls patched with wood that had fallen off. There were live wires on the floor, and we found razors, ear buds, chargers, and vapes strewn across the property. There was what appeared to be blood on the bedsheets and on the wall, and we found more dirty towels soaked in brown stains in the bedroom. I am disgusted that this place is allowed to host paying customers. On top of this, we were charged a non-refundable amount of £5.97 per person and were not provided with a receipt. We agreed to stay in this place as we had no other option we had travelled down from Manchester for this and had spent all day walking around aimlessly with our bags and were desperate for a place to sleep. I dissatisfied with booking.com’s response to simply refund the amount as this doesn’t amend that the weekend that was completely ruined for someone’s birthday and for the costs spent on travel and the hours wasted waiting for help. Not to mention, someone in our party is pregnant and was put in an extremely stressful situation and an outright unsafe environment. We've complained to booking.

Near the beach

Communication with owners was poor, extra charges on arrival to get the key, not listed on the booking. Lots of listed amenities missing such as oven, working hob, tv, toaster, cups, glasses, tea and coffee maker/facilities. Had to spend further money eating out as no oven as listed. Damp and mould in bathroom and in cupboards in the kitchen. Outside area was dirty and a broken door with rubbish behind. No bin in the whole apartment for rubbish. Communicated missing things to owner and they did not reply. Also a slug in the kitchen. Really would like some sort of refund.

Location was close to beach

We did not stay at this property, as upon arrival it was evident that it was not suitable and did not feel safe. The front door was smashed and the 2 front doors were not locked nor did they lock and were both broken. The property was dirty including cigarette butt in the corridor, broken plug sockets in bedroom and boarded up wall. Looked nothing like the pictures as advertised. Although this is not anything to do with the property 2 doors away is a drop in/half way house for drug users, so upon arrival there was 5 males who were under the influence coming and going from the property 2 doors up which given the accommodation doors were smashed and open added to not feeling safe as anyone could have walked into this property into the shared bathroom facilities we had. We have travelled and stayed in hostels all over the world some as little as £4 a night and have never felt as we did walking into here. The price does not reflect the accommodation either I would not pay more than £20 a night per person here. We booked somewhere else and are currently seeking our money back.

Being transferred to another room at short notice

Original room hadn’t been cleaned and there was no toilet paper in bathroom. Room sink had no hot water and shower was cold. Bathroom light kept going off after a minute so couldn’t see

There is nothing that I liked really only the fact it was right next to the beach that's it

Everything on arrival bed sheets were filthy, the floor was very dirty, it's not the same as it looks in the picture it's completely different from what u see in the description and also I was supposed to of had a tv in my room which it day say in the facilities bit that I was supposed to have. So it's not worth the price they are charging and I wouldn't even let a animal live in these conditions and it also smells like death in here aswell as looking lick a crack house!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Blood stains on the wall. A broken bed. Booked for 13 people only had beds for 8.

Location apart from being next door to a knocking shop and a drug den!

Nothing was dirty pictures must have been 10yrs old. Total rig-moral trying to check in. Would not recommend. Paid for early check in and was still being cleaned at 2.30. Pizza boxes, beer cans and cigarette bits left. No hot water!
