The hotel is great, no complaints ..but the staff was outstanding!!! I saw three different receptionists during my stay and they were all very friendly! I travel a lot and they were some of the most helpful and friendly I have met in a long time. I have been to San Juan before and they shared tips and info I wasn’t aware about the city. The cleaning lady was nice too but I didn’t interact with her as much.

At one point there was no hot water but it was temporary. It’s an old city so I knew this could happen

The front bedroom by the street is very noisy with street parties.
