"We definitely would stay at Fortaleza Suites again!"

Fortaleza Suites is a great place to stay while you are in Old San Juan. As of family of we needed a olace to stay the night before our cruise and Presidential Suite did fit all of us. Location is amazing - you are steps away from everything! The staff is very friendly. I would say that the pull out sofa is not very comfortable but did do it's job to sleep one person. We had a lot fun sitting on the balcony watching busy night life of Old San Juan.

No complains - staying in Old San Juan you need to embrace that you are in the OLDEST city in the United States that has been affected by hurricanes multiple times.

Very comfortable place with a fully equipped kitchen, and even better location. Had no expectations and left very satisfied. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect for a multi-day stay. I would definitely book there again.

The property was in a great location. 24 hour security and a holding area for luggage. Beautiful interior very well kept shared kitchen for everyone’s use.

Was not the best for travelers that have a lot of luggage. Steps, stairs into the rooms was not an easy task. Our room was particularly small for four women coming off a cruise.
