Location

Noise- arriving guests in evening should be told not to chat outside their room 8pm - 10am. Early arriving staff shoukd be quiet too!

"A clean hotel in a great location"

Location was fantastic!

Noise level was awful because of rude guests and hallway echo. Also, the room was bright at night due to insufficient covering of the glass door and window. Really need blackout shades for nighttime.

"Fortelaza Suites in February"

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a nice common area that provided a sitting area and a shared kitchenette. No outside noise. Very convenient walking to shops and restaurants.

One of the plug outlets needed to be replaced. The property is in an historic area, so the sewer pipes are "sensitive". Can require multiple flushes.

Location

Hearing music from bar. Rooms not sound proof. Could hear the water feature in the room. Sign saying absolutely no toilet paper in toilet.

Perfect Location in proximity walkable to Most Tourist sites, Museums, and the fortresses. Many restaurants and a market was close by.

Two of the rooms were of adequate size, but the top floor bedroom ceiling was too low for my 6‘2 brother to stand up in. Parking is very difficult to find. We had 6 people staying, and only one roll of toilet paper. Needed to request more paper at the desk.
