GBEverything! We were met at the door by the receptionist who showed us to our room. Although a little small it was immaculate and the bathroom was perfectly clean. Everything felt new. Breakfast was included I had a full English which was real tasty and my wife had continental which looked real attractive, fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, jam and of course a croissant. Would certainly recommend staying here!

GBLovely village, great shower, comfortable bed.
No cooked breakfast before 9am which is no good when you're travelling for work and need to be somewhere; they do offer to make up a continental. Despite no earlyish cooked breakfast, they still make sure you're up by hoovering at 07:30. Also no evening meals on Monday's but they are at pains to tell you they have a sister pub.... but that doesn't serve food on Mondays either. Fortunately Berwick isn't too far if you don't mind getting back into the car after a long drive and day but on a solo trip, food in your accommodation is easier and partly why I'd booked there. Double bed was very comfy for shorter folk. Anyone over 5'10 would find their feet hitting the iron bed end.

Breakfast, although good, was a little confusing! I ordered granola, followed by a cooked breakfast. I didn't realise I needed to order the toast too by 9pm the night before. However, it did not spoil my stay.
GBGreat location, super friendly staff and fabulous bar. We were blessed with evening sun and it was lovely to sit outside and chat with other customers.
