GBOur stay here was fantastic, there was absolutely nothing to fault. We arrived super late after travelling down from Edinburgh from a gig at Murrayfield, and they could not have been more accommodating! Breakfast was incredible, one of the best I've ever had. And the cakes were delicious! We will 100% be booking to come back!
GBGBGBGreat little pub in a quiet village , really comfortable quiet room which felt luxurious, the staff were really helpful and the bar lovely for an evening drink. Had we arrived earlier we would have had lunch the menu had plenty of choice. Super clean and a very good shower, our breakfast was delicious with gluten free options , a really good find , would definitely recommend a stay here. Not far to travel to Edinburgh but locally there was plenty to do.

No evening meals, but we knew that before going, and found the Mason's Arms around the corner for a nice meal. No fridge for water or milk or snacks. The room was not serviced at all. We had to ask on second day for tea bags and milk pods to be replenished.

GBThe Victoria Hotel, Bar & Bistro in Norham is a lovely village type hotel/pub which is very nicely decorated and maintained. Proprieter, Dan and ALL his staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and although our room was relatively small from a size perspective it was very comfortable for our few days away. The breakfast was also really nice and a perfect start to the day. If we are down in that locality again we would definitely pop in past even for a drink and to say hello. We also had dinner in the sister hotel, The Cross Inn located in the picturesqe village of Paxton and that was also excellent.
Room size could have been bigger - but was no real issue for us to be perfectly honest.
