Location is the main usp of this facility. The building is new hence everything is in working condition

What I noticed is two employees that had to literally do everything: from checking in to making sure the rooms are clean and ready, house keeping, ensure water is hot, cook for the guests, ensure WiFi is in working condition (which actually wasnt), it was hard to ignore how overworked those lads looked. This is a new facility and hence things work fine but if your employees are overworked the effects will eventually show.

Location is xcellent.. 5 min walk from the condola cable station

There was carpentory work still happening outside our room as it was a new property and the lawn was still not done. The tv wasnt working, wifi was poor.. kept coming and going. There was no proper pathway from the reception to our room.. there was wet mud everywhere so obviously work was in progress and will take time. They shouldn’t hv charged full amount showing pics of the property when work was still going on which was extremely wrong on their part.

Very close to the gondola station. Amsterdam style house like hotels. Room heater is a plus for a guy who lives in hot climate

The property is situated at a beautiful place in Gulmarg just the best view for the green landscapes of Gulmarg.

It could be better with service.
