superb location with mesmerising view . Good quality of food and very cooperative Staff.

Location

Wifi was not working almost my entire stay of three nights. Hot water not available 24/7 but only around 4 hours in 24 hours. Also the entire hotel premises was under construction when we were staying.

Location and interior makeover of property...food was delicious.

Facility was under repair which was not mentioned anywhere while booking. No wifi was available at property. No round the clock hotwater or geysers available. No mosquito repellents in room which was arranged after we have to insist to staff.

The location of the hotel was good, 5min walk to gondola ride. Comfortable and clean room

The rooms are basically cottage style and are very neat and well insulated. The room has a comfortable bed, neat bathroom (superb shower/hot water) and TV with all day wifi. You get yummy hot food in their in house restaurant. Special mention to Firdouz and Rayees, they made our stay so much better than what we imagined. They were super friendly and made us feel like home. They helped us with meals, local sightseeing and even waking up early morning to make breakfast for us on last day before we left. They really went extra mile and we would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

Location and the room.

Access to the property from the drop of point is unpleasant with full of horse dung and uneven walk way. Forced to pay local currency by cash. Credit transaction was not accepted. Owner of the property was very rude.

We got a pleasant surprise with Gulmarg Woods ! Excellent location, very close to the Gulmarg gondola. Excellent views of snow covered mountains from our both cabins. Room cleanliness and comfort was exceptional. More than value for money. Best stay that we had in Kashmir. Restaurant was closeby, we got a good hot breakfast there.
