Awesome location enjoyed the golf course field right in front of the property and its walkable distance frm gandola ride.

Front yard and back yard must be inter locked with brick. It's so muddy when enter to the resort. Moreover surrounding to be be regularly cleaned.

I was pleasantly surprised with this cute little hotel. Very comfortable and clean room with everything one can ask for. Was very happy with the service level of the staff and the property in general. The surroundings were gorgeous as can be seen from the pictures

Exceptional location.

Worst staff. They will come only when they require something from you. No cooking staff, still they take orders and serve you after 2,3 hours. When we requested for extra bed at night 7.30 pm they came at 11.40 pm to provide the bed. When we were checking out, I tried to call them for assistance to carry luggage. Surprisingly no staff available in entire location.

Value for money was missing. One room had a smell, though staff tried their best but still needed attention to resolve the issue.

The views from our cottage were excellent… covering the whole mountain range, gondola and scenic beauty of Gulmarg. Excellent staff .. Firdous our cottage caretaker took very good care of us, he was very friendly and helpful. The food was 8/10 … pretty good. The cottage was very clean and has facilities for a comfy stay.

Wifi connection works sporadically. The entrance area is not having any landscaping yet as its a new property.
