"Dirty and uncomfortable"

location at asia afrika which is near with a lot of things and big variety of breakfasts

tthe room so dirty bed only have two pillows toilet was clogged aircond not working until we call them to fix they said there is wires that burned 😂 parking need to paid 5000rupiah even you a guest our room window facing the walking corridor so if we open our windows curtains people from outside our room can see us 😂 they should not put this hotel as 4 stars it in fact a 2 stars hotel only.

"Worst than a hostel"

Nothing.

This is absolutely the worst property Ive ever stayed in. This should not have a rating of 4 stars when the property is dirty, old and just smells. Carpets in the room was dirty, sheets were stained and smelly. My aircon was still leaking after they tried to fix it. No solutions, just have to live with it
