Excellent location, relatively near the train station. Nearer still to retail & entertainment centers; lots of restaurants, shopping malls, and tourist attractions within walking distance. The hotel overall had a family-friendly vibe. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Concierge staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was visibly old and dirty. There were dark stains on the curtains resembling smoke residue. The couch pillows were very dusty. Some of the tables in the room had broken legs or peeling wood, which are safety hazards. The AC vents looked old and unclean. There were minor water stains in the shower walls. The sidewalks outside the hotel were littered with graffiti and detritus. It made walking to and from the hotel unpleasant.

The location is good. Price worth for the condition of the hotel. Thank you to the reception and the security for their helps.

The hotel not in good condition. Carpet lots of cigarettes burned. For a non smoking area always smells of cigarettes plus fire.alarma always going off. You need strength to open the doors Most of the room doors broken, which makes you think of the security of the place. Too noisy at night, could be a common place for other guests..some areas in the hotel too dark to go through, if you don't want to use the lifts. For the number of guests, 2 lifts, with 1 always broken. Bathroom not clean enough.

The bedrooms and associated bathrooms need to be fully refurbished.

Location near to Paris van Java and the street is full with street performer during weekend

The hotel facilities is old need a face lift. Carpet was smelly n dirty, bathroom door cannot closed, aircond problem etc. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choices. However, didn't top it up on time. Was leave for sometime
