"Not staying there again . But only if you are alone"

Call 2 times to ask receptionists to check our air conditioner but 16 degree feels like 21 degree. Water shower sometimes during peak hour , no water comes out. The toilet/shower room, both floor trap water during wet. Not good due ti can cause slippery.

Room dirty, floor carpet dirty, bathroom and toilet dirty, hot water not available in the morning, bed dirty, definitely need total maintenance, breakfast average, car parking not free

The location is strategic, situated in the heart of Jakarta. It is within walking distance of the Braga area—kudos for that!

I arrived at the hotel at 6 PM local time, checked in, and received a room that did not match my booking preferences. Since the reservation was made through Agoda, I initially accepted the situation as it involved a third party. However, the experience quickly went downhill. The first room had a malfunctioning wardrobe. When I reported it, the staff explained that it could only be opened partially because it was broken. Reluctantly, I accepted this. The second room was even worse, with a faulty air conditioner that only blew air without cooling. Although they sent someone to repair it, the issue remained unresolved. I informed the staff that I was heading out for dinner, hoping the room would be fixed upon my return. Unfortunately, after four hours, nothing had improved. When I asked for an update, the receptionist casually mentioned that the indoor or outdoor unit was still under repair. This level of service is unacceptable. Your staff needs proper training—send your receptionists to a customer service class. I traveled from outside Indonesia and needed rest. After insisting on a functional room, it took another 1.5 hours to provide me with one. This is far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, the water pressure on level 5 in the morning was terrible, and there was no hot water at all. My advice: find a better place for the price you’re charging—it’s not worth it. This experience has been deeply disappointing. Do better.
