Location good, breakfast okay. Staff very friendly.

My room, 322, was very old. Bathroom had things falling apart. The kettle was broken, but they quickly replaced it. Not sure what the criteria for 4 stars is? But it felt more like a 2 star room. Even the pillow was lumpy.

Le camere sono sporche, le lenzuola sono macchiate, il bagno ha la doccia che funziona a Intermittenza, dai rubinetti esce spesso acqua nera, il condizionatore fa un rumore terribile che non fa dormire.

We arrived at 2:45 PM, only to be told we had to wait 45 minutes for our room despite the official check-in time being 3 PM. This was particularly frustrating as we were traveling with babies and elderly family members, while other guests who arrived after us received their rooms immediately. The receptionist displayed a complete lack of hospitality, she instructed us to return to the reception to collect the remainder of our room keys, informing us that only one out of five keys was ready. This is unacceptable service. Furthermore, we specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a pool, only to be informed at check-in that it was closed for maintenance, information that was never communicated to us in advance through the app or any messages. Prior to our stay, we received a suspicious email requesting our personal information through a dodgy link. When we questioned the necessity of this since we had already booked through the app, there was no response. During breakfast, the indoor seating area was filled with smoke as the hotel allowed smoking inside. This is intolerable for a 4-star establishment, particularly when families with children and non-smoking adults are present. The hotel itself is old and worn out, and I will not be returning again.

The bathroom taps need some updating, the fridge is not that cold.
