Breakfast was good with many options, location is also good

We had to move to different rooms 3 times. Didn't get good sleep at all. 1st room had leaky toilet, no telephone unit so I had to walk to the front office when I needed something. 2nd day I asked for an upgrade to a bigger room for extra $50 a night. AC did not work. They moved us to another room with working AC but no soundproofing you can hear the traffic all night!

I love the location of the hotel,near to braga street and pasar baru ..actually it was at the middle between both attraction. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.they will iron your clothes .The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety

The wifi of the hotel is not strong good enough, the hotel stuff like kettle,fridge was not functioning.the aircond was a bit hot.

It has good location, the breakfast was Ok

the carpet was very old given you depression

Friendly & polite staff and helpful.

I dont like the quality of the towel.. the towel was not like a normal towel it doesnt absorb water or wet.

I'm sorry I can't give you a good review, the lobby & breakfast at the restaurant is good, the staff is helpful, but I don't think I will stay here anymore.

First, I can't open the door of my room, it's stuck & I have to ask the staff to help me open it, and then after we can open it... The door doesn't have a lock on it. Kopong 🤦🏻‍♀️. The air conditioner is noisy, the hairdryer & electric kettle is dirty, the pillow smells like somebody's smelly head. The toilet ceiling needs renovation also the door.
