A tv in the lounge would have been better than having it in the bedroom..

The stone cottage is nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable/well provisioned - we had everything we needed. It was very still and quiet at night so got a good sleep. There was a small enclosed back yard for the dog which was handy. It was just a short walk to town crossing the canal which was great. The town is very historic and scenic with plenty nice restaurants, bars and shops. It was a lovely trip away seeing the sights of Lancaster.

Nothing much to complain of, the t.v. connection would drop sometimes making it difficult to watch for any length of time. Not much of a problem as we had so much to go to or see we weren't watching t.v. too often. Beware of the step which goes down into the bathroom...it is sign posted, but my partner did stumble down it one night when very sleepy!

The cottage was clean and comfortable, light, airy and quiet. Perfect for a getaway where you just want a little R&R with the nearby city center for any shopping needs, or to use as a base to explore the local area.

Excellent location, short walk to town. cosy cottage, had everything I needed.

No tv in the living room. the TV in the bedroom seemed to have a few issues with the wifi and kept disconnecting.

Loveky cottage close to everything and clean

Tv very small in bedroom only. WiFi not strong enough to watch anything as it was a smart tv! So couldn't relax there. Tried to watch Netflix but kept buffering so didn't spend much time in the cottage.
