Miller's Cottage in Lancaster

The house was lovely, very well furnished and incredibly comfortable with lots of helpful bits and bobs provided all around the house. It was very homely with lots of soft lighting choices available and clear & helpful instructions from the host. Looks exactly like the photos and felt very spacious.

Bedroom could be bright of a morning if you’re a late sleeper (10-11am), but the curtains were good otherwise! Would have been nice to have a recycling bin inside as well as a black bin, but otherwise couldn’t complain.

I would recommend this place (and will book again if I am working the area in the future). It was lovely and clean with parking available right outside. The WiFi was excellent and the facilities were just as described.

Great location, 10 mins walk along the canal to the centre.

It was a bit noisy from building work next door, often very early in the morning.

Good clean and well equipped house. Comfy bed and sofa. Great location close to the canal and 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Plenty of on street parking.

The house next door is being renovated, and they started hammering at 8am on the Saturday morning - obviously it's not in the control of the house owner and hopefully won't be forever....

Excellent location, we could walk to everywhere we needed to be. Comfortable and well equipped.

There are steps to kitchen and bathroom and the doors are squeaky.

Location is just a 10 minute walk along the canal to the center.

Great location, cosy house. Comfortable and very well equipped. Quiet street. A little gem. City centre 10 min walk. Canal 5 min walk. Great base for exploring Lancaster. Good places to eat/drink on Moorgate (esp The Gregson and The Little Greek Kitchen). Many others in town such as The Sultan of Lancaster, The White Cross and John of Gaunt pubs. Good interaction with owner. Clear instructions for day of arrival.

Single step down into bathroom and kitchen can catch you out if not ready for it. Some of doors can stick a bit.
