Very clean looks the same way as advertised

Bad management ..... I am not gonna lie I love the place I have received good communications from my kids of how they love the place but I am disappointed on your methods of payment is not flexible for international customers and even after I made effort to send the money you did not want to cooperate , was it so hard to just check your phone for the reference number to get the money ? Was it 2 hard ? In a foreign country you gave my kids a tough time now figuring out how to source money to pay for the hotel and that is embarrassing becoz why are you taking my card details of you are not gonna debit my card? Place is lovely but very disappointed with management.

Property was clean and tidy

Room 4 where i rented, the air conditioning was not working, bathroom bulb was not working and you are stuck on one channel to watch whoever is changing downstairs in this case was Telemundo which I despise…
