Kasbek Lodge and Tours Lusaka

The Lodge is very, very nice and the facilities. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Emmanuel was very helpful al the time during our stay and we'll definitely come back soon.

The staff at the hotel (Emmanuel and Afaida) were amazing - very friendly and helpful. The food was also very good

Accomodation is nice and clean. Quiet area.

The location on Booking.com was completely different from the actual location. The people from the reception did not expect me at all. It was a surprise for the, but they treated me well.

The property is very nice, quiet, and clean. The rooms are very spacious & there was good hot water for showers. Emmanuel was an absolute star and incredibly kind and accommodating, he is a major asset to the property. The breakfast was pretty filling as well (2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, beans, tomato, onion, coffee/tea). They also have a generator for when there are power outages.

There were several discrepancies with the website & the property. For example, we booked the property because it very clearly indicates that the airport shuttle is Free. However when contacting the property about this, we were told it would cost $35, almost 3x the price of just taking a taxi. Even when we discussed that the booking.com website clearly indicates that this service is free, they would not budge on the price. We also booked a room that was supposed to have 3 beds, but it only ended up having 2 beds. The wifi was not the strongest, and as others have mentioned there are still some processes being sorted out (e.g. no soap provided in the bathroom to wash hands, no coat hangers to hang clothes, etc.).

The stuff are very friendly, Emmanuel is expectionally outstanding very professional and friendly. The joint itself is clean and well kept. Thumps up

The location is a bit far from the city centre and the gps doesnt bring u to the exact spot.

The two different front desk workers were truly amazing! They both went above and beyond normal hospitality. Also, there us a great restaurant/bar very close by the hotel, well worth the visit.

Breakfast, and the ambiance of the eating area is pretty dull, but the place is still developing, it is not the real deal yet, but it will get there!
