Nothing the power issues are beyond their control.

The property has a serene ambiance, perfect for a family stay. The rooms are very spacious, and despite power cuts they made sure we had lighting and hot water for bathing. Great host services by Emmanuel, he has such a pleasant personality, indeed he is a valuable asset to the property. The breakfast was quite basic but well prepared.

There was nothing to like at all. It was a devastating experience.

The total management was horrible. Though I booked an Air Conditioned room but it was not working, there was no electricityy at all for whole night. Again, there was no WIFI, no water in the toilet to flash, no Geyser and so on. The standard of breakfast was disheartening too. The behaviour of the Staffs were also not good- they need to learn some manners.

The place is very beautiful, the rooms are outstanding, comfortable beds and very well taken care of. Small fridge available, intertaiment as well.

Maybe solar system should be considered to encounter electricity challange rather than a generator

Breakfast - Two eggs & toast. No beans, no sausage, no bacon, no muffin, no bun, no cheese, literally nothing else beside the two eggs and toast. Looking for a glass of juice or something cold to drink with Breakfast? - You will pay extra for that.. No desk or chair to sit and work on your Laptop..

I cannot think of anything that would drag me back here if this was the last place on earth offering a room

Well what an appalling place to stay … where to start 🤮 Rooms - beyond basic - no sidelight, it’s the big light or no light! No side table, no chair or desk to work at - told not to use TV or air conditioning unit - no fridge - room for two people, only one towel - no working kettle - one power point on far side of room. Save yourself the hassle and don’t stay here! Room facilities are basic to the point of non-existent Restaurant - terrible - don’t even try it - we had two available options on the whole menu - opted for chicken it was served still pink inside, asked for it to be cooked through, it was opened up, checked, taken away and never came back - so our group went hungry. Breakfast was a total shambles and a disaster - save yourself the hassle and don’t eat here! Bathroom - dribble of water from the tap, shower never got warm - this maybe associated with the lack of power for the bulk of our stay - so if you love cold showers, this is the place for you - oh and no toiletries. No WiFi - well there is when the electricity is available but when the power is off, no WiFi - so you cannot get any work done No power for the bulk of our 24 hour stay - which meant relying on a generator which was turned off 50% of the time Staff - utterly incompetent and out of their depth - just couldn’t fix anything not even cold food being served, they just stood and looked glum 😞 When it came to check out the management wanted to argue that undercooked chicken was not a health hazard and a cause for food poisoning. Despite us having two of the group who were actively being ill that morning. Despite being told that one of our group was very ill and on the toilet - the management insisted she left the room ahead of checkout time and left the hotel. All in all - terrible experience - do yourself a favour and stay anywhere other than here! Staying on the side of the road would be preferable to this awful place!
