Location

Inconsiderate hotel policy: Our sibling visited us and asked if they could leave their belongings and freshen up since their check-in at another hotel was at 3:00 PM and it was only 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, this was not allowed. The hotel even called us and asked us to bring all of our sibling’s things down to the lobby instead. Additional fee: We added one extra person to our room for ₱1,500 per night. To our surprise, this fee did not include breakfast—only a towel and a dental kit were provided. Umbrella issue: During checkout, we used the hotel umbrella for the first time due to the rain and noted that it was already damaged. When we reached the lobby, the front desk seemed to place the blame on us. Thankfully, housekeeping confirmed—twice—that the umbrella was already old and damaged prior to our use.

Clean, Nice Service

The area of the Pool only, did not enjoyed it.

Room was very spacious, it even had a balcony. Bathroom was clean and big as well. Hotel location was perfect - beachfront, close to convenience stores and restaurants. The sunset views were amazing. Will definitely stay here again

Room cleaning. Cleaning ladies told us they'll come back to clean the room but seem to have forgotten. Had to follow up with reception to clean our room on the second day. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

Location, the best balcony view, beachfront. Friendly staff esp at Sensi. ☺️
