Sadly the hot water didn’t work , but reported it and they notified me that they will sort it out
GBComfortable bed and beautifully decorated room. Kitchen area very handy and included a mini dishwasher. Lovely patio area in front of the room.
The property was very new and there were a few things missing. There wasn’t a blind on the velux window which meant that it was a bit too light at night as we were there in June.
GBThe room was clean and clearly only recently completed. The shower worked well and the key was easy to find.
It was very, very noisy. The guests opposite had load, coarse discussions until time 3am, plus the road noise was constant all night. There were only 2 sets of towels for 3 people. The skylight has no blind so sun streaked in as soon as it started to get light. None of us really got any sleep.

- text seeking £150 security deposit looked like a scam text (didn’t mention the booking or property) - customer call centre felt like a utility company (impersonal and distant) - electric point right next to shower (photo) - woken by road noise and bright sunlight at 5.30am (no blind on velux window) - fridge still had transit stickers inside (it had not been prepared for guests arriving) - multi use site but no signage to find the parking or accommodation. (A big prom party was taking place when we arrived) - waiting 14 days for them to return £150 security deposit. - listing doesn’t make it clear there is no reception so the security deposit needs paying online within 24 hours of booking (or they have right to cancel you). - key code front door access good but discovered the patio door had been unlocked for whole stay (wasn’t locked prior to our arrival)
