GBIgnore all negative comments!!! The property was amazing we stayed in the studio apartment and it was fantastic all the facilities. Yes, it is by a busy road which you can hear at night however they issue you ear plugs as they understand its loud! They also have blackout curtains and blinds. The facilities and what they offer is fantastic i stayed here with my family and by myself one night for work and felt so secure safe and it was so nice having the kitchen. Shower amazingly warm and lovely honest its a very homely place. My only minor negative is the deposit you pay and awaiting the return of this which takes some time to return. Normally you would leave the property and deposit refunded but it does state it can take time. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place its a lovely place, modern, smart tv, kitchen, slippers, towels, complimentary shower bits, blankets, ear buds, black out blinds. All the negative reviews they have addressed and made it better. Honest it was a a fantastic place to stay!!! IGNORE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND REVIEWS!!

The curtain,in the living room wasn't black out, so as soon as the sun rises, it came flooding through the curtain, and the door to the bedroom was a sliding one but couldn't get to it to close it. Could have done with some cleaning clothes and tea towels and some washing up liquid. Apart from that the apartment was perfect.

Aircon not working . Lose wires hanging around, plug switches randomly set to off when up or down, bathroom tap dripping, kitchen and room far too small considering the price of it . Should not have been rented out before actually being finished. Very disssappointed.

Upon arrival we had the wrong PIN code to get in the accommodation which meant we were on the phone to customer service for half an hour to retrieve the code. There was also no toilet roll in the bathroom?
