訂好住宿發現是airbnb，介紹上寫的是24小時櫃檯人員 惡夢開始，確定好訂訂單就問大約何時給密碼 問到已經要出發前都沒有回應，問了booking客服也等 我口氣一直都是好的，客服打來給告知會再連絡韓方 請他通知我密碼 好笑的是，韓國在我飛前一天只傳4PM 我下飛機已經到住宿房間了還是沒辦法進去 趕緊問BOOKING可否連絡到住宿房，想當然爾已經下班沒回應，看著住宿外可掃Qr連絡對方kakao也趕快試等了約莫20_30分才終於成功得到密碼進到房間 已經快晚上10點，我覺得很令人沮喪 住三晚沒有一天睡得好，甚至有韓女在門口外講電話吵架一直尖叫，還聽到半夜一直有人在試開門把，非常可怕！！！！ 隔音是完全差到我隔壁我聽得清楚他們對話 浴室洗手檯很像一壓就會斷，抽風機要抽一整晚浴室才會乾 冰箱壞掉根本無法冰飲料，半夜一直逼逼叫只能拔掉電源 房間只有廁紙其他衛生紙都沒有提供 這住宿是我住過以來最可怕的一次 寫mail,問住宿方理都不理的態度令人恭維 雖然BOOKING有要幫忙也沒有幫到 希望不要再有人遇到像我這樣的情況了！！

Less than 5min walk to the station. This is literally the only thing good about this place.

Room was cover in dust like it was never cleaned. Smell like cigarettes even though it states no smoking. Toilet seat was not clean and still had skin flakes from the previous occupants. Pillows sheets were stained as well the bed sheets. The preview pictures of the rooms is an absolute lie. Should have taken pictures to compare them as a before and after pictures of someone that have taken drugs to show how nasty this place was.

Liked the location and the bathroom was big enough as it wasn't a wet room.

We arrived at the accommodation quite late as we were travelling back from Busan, upon arrival it was clear that the room wasn't clean, there were drain flies on the bedroom wall, dead bugs on the window sill and a centipede in the bathroom. The furniture was really old and there was mould on the ceiling and around the WC. The main entrance area seemed to be under refurbishment and the front door was kept closed with a rope. We only stayed the night and left before checkout the next morning as we couldn't stay the whole 5 night duration we were planning to, booked a better accommodation somewhere else. I've politely been trying to get a refund from the Manager but I've been ignored.

Considering the affordable price, the quality of the facilities and amenities exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking for great value and comfort near Sindaebang. I will definitely visit again! 新大方站附近的宝藏旅馆 – 强烈推荐！ 在新大方Top Motel的住宿体验非常愉快。首先，房间的清洁程度令我印象深刻，床品干净整洁，整体氛围温馨舒适。 旅馆的地理位置优越，距离地铁站非常近，出行十分便利。尽管交通方便，但房间内的隔音效果很好，让我能享受安静的睡眠。工作人员服务热情，办理入住手续也非常迅速。考虑到亲民的价格，这里的设施配套完全超出了我的预期。对于在新大方附近寻找高性价比和舒适度的旅客来说，这里是最佳选择。下次我一定会再次光临！
