Unbeatable Value: For travelers on a budget, this place offers incredible value. It provides high-quality amenities—including a large flat-screen TV with streaming services, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle—at a fraction of the price of nearby business hotels. Clean and Modern Interior: Unlike many older motels, TOP Stay boasts a contemporary and sleek design. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, featuring comfortable bedding and a spacious layout that makes it feel more like a boutique hotel. Room was warm but nothing else worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.

Issues no reception, check-in 4.00pm but 11.00pm check out. Unable to get door code to put luggage in as I arrived from Airport anout 10.30, had to drag my suitcase around, Hotel very poor response concerning issues or Inquiries. Noisey no sound proofing towels are hand towels not good size for drying yourself. leaking sink, msged Hotel no responses, I had to fix the sink, no hot water shower. Kettle but no cups, no room clean, sheet or towel change. You need to scan Qcode to contact Hotel but nobody tells u that. Toilet bowel dirty, no toilet brush. The negative reviews are very true. Contact to Staff is very difficult and very rude responses. Do not stay here it will ruin your trip.

- the room did not smell good when we entered - the sheets and towels did not smell good - the towels smelled really bad and were so small you can barely use it - the water heater does not heat very well - very small trashcans inside the room

• Zimmer sichtbar schmutzig und offensichtlich nicht gereinigt • Tote Insekten im gesamten Zimmer, sogar im Bett • Haare auf dem Boden und im Bad • Starker, unangenehmer Geruch (muffig) • Alte, beschädigte und abgenutzte Möbel • Unsauberes, schlecht gepflegtes Badezimmer • Bettwäsche und Handtücher wirken nicht sauber/frisch Außerdem hat der Toilettenkasten getropft und das Bad war deshalb die ganze Zeit nass. Die Klimaanlage und die Mikrowelle gingen auch nicht.
