Subway station nearby. And the cleaning lady was nice.

First of all, this is a MOTEL. A motel in South Korea is known and used by people to have sex for one or a couple of hours. There is no reception but a self check in kiosk. But didn't even use that cause someone talked to me through the CCTV that was hanging above it. I first got a room that smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. In the description 'non smoking rooms' was advertised and yet all the rooms have an ashtray. Had to go back down and try to get someone to talk to me through the CCTV again which took a while. Asked for another room which also took a while cause they had to get someone who spoke better English. The other room didn't have the strong cigarette smoke smell but the linger that stays after smoking. AND I found multiple pubic hairs on and between the bed sheets. So downstairs I go again to get someone through the CCTV but no answer. Finally an older lady came down (apparently the cleaning lady) and suddenly someone talking through the CCTV. Asked for a refund but they said a same day cancelation was not possible. So they asked the older lady to change the bed sheets for me. Since it was very late at night I didn't have a choice. I just really didn't feel comfortable at all. Also saw a beetle and cockroach in my room the next day. Bathrooms were worn down and everything (walls/ceiling) was yellow-ish (stains left by cigarette smoke). Also, they give you the code for the door lock through the CCTV so anyone can listen in and use the code to enter your room when you're not around.
