Excellent position. Warm, clean, bright and comfortable Very quiet. Sufficiently equipped kitchen.

We think blackout curtains should be put in the bedroom, especially for the summer months. Bit of a problem with Internet. The instructions we had received in an email were incorrect. Luckily, I found the correct instructions (completely different) on a notice on one of the doors. We were surprised no hairdryer was provided and had to buy one! The on/off tap for the bath/shower did not always work well.

Beautiful apartment! Loved the colour palette used for the furniture and decor of each room - The host was very helpful and professional and has made the whole process of finding the property and checking in very easy

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable

great Location perfect to explore St Albans. Beautiful space very clean and cosy with everything we needed. Easy communication with Owners very easy to gain access. will definitely use again in the future.

Very hard to find -no property name on building. Needs a compendium for use of appliances, heating and general area and tourist information.

Missing some cleaning equipment such as a dustpan & brush & hoover

No hot water for 24 hrs, which I was left to resolve for myself Not thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival - half drunk bottle of water left in the bedroom cupboard and left over food in the freezer Thin walls - so I could hear the neighbours late into the evening from the bedroom.
