"Make The Base your base of operations in Pattaya!"

The location is excellent, there is a washing machine on the balcony and it is soundproof to outside noises. The bathroom is perfect and having a larger fridge than most places you can stock up as much you like. I have stayed here a few times before and always enjoy it.

Having one room key but another one can be organised with a 2000 baht deposit!?
