"The intrusion of owner and persistent check-out before midday, terrible stay."

Location. Proximity to transportation. Entertainment

The intrusive attitude of owner, disturbing at 10 AM to check-out by 11 AM. That individual is in for the quick money in holiday accommodation. The Base is expensive low quality stay catering for the masses. It is better to invest a little more and stay in proper holiday accommodation, Hotel.

Fantastic Location and place. The Host was great as we left clothes and they were very easy to organize to get them picked up. Will definitely stay here again when next in Pattaya.
