Very cozy and comfortable studio. Lister provided essential items such as shampoo, soap, towels, coffee, and WiFi! Made the overall experience very enjoyable

Absolutely nothing.

The host asked a serious amount of ridiculous questions regarding identification and went back and forth with guests and I, most likely because he was uncomfortable with my partner and I staying at this location. He didn't reach out with check in information until 3 hours later it was after 1 in the morning when he decided to interrogate us about the time we would be arriving which is none of his concern. He then proceeded to say "Booking" should have not allowed the booking to go through.. It felt a little racial/biased, considering I already sent identification and already paid for my room. Just give me my code to check in, don't be a burden and hassle on top of stressors already in place during the travel. Thanks there was nothing I liked at all.

I needed to come to Brighton Beach to do some swim training. The location is PERFECT- very close to the beach, Coney Island, shops and restaurants. My unit was clean and comfortable, I found it to be nice and quiet and convenient.

Location is great, but otherwise feels very overpriced.

The apartment was quite old and not as neat as on the picture, which is okay, but it wasn’t cleaned at all either, the toilet was very gross, not cleaned, there was hair on the bedding sheets which made us question if bedding was washed. There were open drinks from the previous guest left in the fridge. And even the toilet seat was broken (see picture). I feel like if people pay that much money they can at least expect the place to be clean.

The place was very clean good location also it’s quiet very easy to get in pleasant stay
