The appartement is not far from the train station

Well, where should I start ? First of all we have never meet the owner, we only spoke to him by message and got the code pretty late after he asked for a picture of my credit card (which I dont understand at all) The splat of the bed were not fixed, so every time we were moving the mattress was falling. One day a random guy came into our apartment to fix the toilet who was licking, without any appointment and without we open him the door, which means he does have the key of the room, so he can come whenever he wants. By the way, the toilet was actually licking and their was water everywhere we had to put toilet paper on the floor everyday. 2 days after it’s another guy who came to fix it and brought his plumber friend which means their was 3 random person who came into our room, our privacy without to be known of it. After they fix the toilet we found some mud and dirt in the bath because of their work shoes and my own towel was also full of dirt ! (Apparently they use it to clean their hands). Last thing we can notice was the shower curtain who were falling pretty frequently and also not enough toilet paper for the time we stayed. A lot of negative point for an expensive place, I’d love to be refund because I’m really disappointed, even if it’s not a big amount
