It was very close to the subway station and that made it really convenient to travel to uptown/manhattan.

I absolutely cannot understand the negative review about the host. We initially had some issues with our room, but the problem was resolved immediately, and I was able to communicate with the host very easily via iMessage. The house is just two streets away from Coney Island, which is definitely worth a visit if you’re staying in New York.

Very nice area close by on transport. Nice hot showers. Very nice response time and always comfortable.

Close to the subway, lots of cafes and shops, hot water, good mattress, blanket with duvet cover. The room has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

The place was not clean , the only chair is broken, only two medium towels, toilet seat completely cracked, MOLD in the bathroom, very hot in the room so slept with the window open to the noise of the street. The owner did not provide the correct key code and asked for a photo driver's license and credit card. The owner buys good reviews by offering a free night, so don't trust good reviews! I wasn’t going to write a review at all - but after I got the “offer” - I had to let people know . See the screenshot attached .
